The Senior Drivers’ Expo Melton is a free and confidential program, and is suitable for those either in, or approaching retirement age.
Each expo participant can have a professional, such as a VicRoads roadworthy officer look over their vehicle, and a registered driving instructor can identify “short-cut” habits drivers may have adopted over time.
Subjects include:
- Health & Driving
- Prescribed Medicines & Driving
- Road Law updates
- Free and confidential Roadworthy checks and driving assessments.
A great opportunity to ask questions of experts in driving, roadworthiness and road law!

Supporting Senior Drivers
In the context of an aging population, older road user safety will continue to be a key concern for an ever increasingly large percentage of the Victorian community. Therefore, as a priority RoadSafe Westgate promotes and organises Best Practice older driver programs.
Attendance Criteria:
- The Senior Drivers expo is available for drivers who are retired or approaching retirement.
- The attendee must have a current Victorian Motor Car Driving Licence.
